HomeArama, the premier showcase of housing in the southeast, takes place in the fall. Located on a single site, the three week event features luxury homes built by the areas finest custom builders. The fully decorated and landscaped homes offer the latest trends in home building techniques, products, and design.
The annual Parade of Homes takes place in the spring and features more than 100 new homes for sale in all price ranges and locations. The self-guided tour features homes built by the areas top builders. The Parade highlights all types of homes including custom, starter and move-up, town homes, and condominiums. Many of the homes are furnished, landscaped and decorated.
